Beliefs
Change happens when you know it is time.

Change doesn’t happen when the inertia of out-dated inner-beliefs and deep-rooted anxieties knock us off the road to change.

Thus, some of us take the unexpected stroll into the dark woods. And while it is said, “that not all who wander are lost”, ask yourself…. Are you aimlessly wandering? Lost? Or are you authentically enjoying the new view and strange freedom?

Some people love it. And their goals in life might differ from yours. While other’s need consistency, patterns, and what-not to keep themselves attuned to what & why their unique value-system’s yearn for.

The gutter for some is crucial. ..As Ken Wilbur puts it, “integral”.

To get out of (whatever you consider to be..) the gutter, sometimes we need someone to bounce ideas, feelings, resentments, aspirations, & decisions off of. A non-judgmental ear and eye to get a new perspective. Sometimes not to act at all, or to speak at all, in response to what you’ve just said or did. Maybe you just wanna know someone is listening. …that someone gives a crap about your feelings and values. Cuz isn’t it funny that we always know the real answers we seek? ..that is to say, “we know to ask the question, because we already know the answer”, yet it’s how we feel about integrating the answer into our daily life that is tripping us up??

Everyone deserves to live well. That is my core belief.
This is what I know. And that is exactly how I live.

But what is “living well’?

From this question being poised at me at an early age, I’ve found that no one fits a mold. In fact, by trying to fit any mold, most people get “mouldy”, and end up hitting a rut, never get out of it, and end up bitter… might even turn into a patch of moss. ;)

I never like seeing this with anyone. Kinda breaks my heart to see this in anyone to be honest with you. Especially if I can see it in their pets as well. Cuz pets tend to mirror their landlords. …That is why I do everything I can (within certain means of course) to assist others by offer tips and personal trainings on “authenticity”, “listening with a well tuned ear for your unique ‘shenanigans’”, or more like, “learning how to hear ourselves speak – how this creates our lives from all angles”. I also offer plenty of fun ways to step-up & speed-up self-management for all sorts of life’s little nuances.

[Shenanigans BTW, is a nice way of putting, “the blanketed beliefs that are stunting your sight or reversing your outer actions when trying to reflect your actual intentions into healthy actions. I know.. a mouthful, right? That’s why I call this “shenanigans”.]

Since I believe within my heart of hearts that everyone can live their dreams and maintain them easily, I do what I can to bring to the table a unique voice on how living well doesn’t always mean, joining the green party, or leaving the green party; wearing hemp clothes only, or buying expensive clothing; cutting out meat, or finally eating meat; doing or stopping doing Anahata yoga for 6 hours a day enough to go to a club and discover some friends that are just outside your current bubble/knowing-to-know. Frankly everyone has different needs.

I know plenty of people who, when trying to do what another asks them to do, end up doing it for them? …What do ya think, do you think that will last forever? Being non-authentic? Is it gonna stick long-term doing something for the pleasure or ease of another’s perspective that isn’t directly connected to your own soul just to make someone else happy? I think we all know the answer to that.

Many people are living financial abundance to a “T” but reeeeaally suck at finding love. Some are uber spiritual but reeeeally suck at caring for their kids or their partners. Others care for everyone & everything else but their self-care is garbage. Not everyone is fully integrated. That’s the fun challenge of life. More importantly can anyone ever become fully integrated?

I believe the answer is a big miraculous Y E S ! !!

Are you able to ignore the calling of obligation just long enough to hear the calling of your heart? Or is your heart making you do stupid things cuz it dominates your brain’s knowledge?

That question can only be answered by you. But sometimes we all need a perspective shift. That’s where I like to help others.

We all have our challenges. We all face things that are unpleasant and pleasant in what Gary Zurkov loves to call the “Earth School”. And ain’t it like school… sheesh… :)

We all hope and desire for more of the “good rewarding & fulfilling stuff”, but there is so much we may be missing-in-between by living in our little bubbles. Sure, some of us draw power from both sides as motivation; the challenge & the freedom from… But if you’re finding often, no matter what are doing, that it isn’t really working out. …that you are beginning to seek something beyond what it is that you already know about?

Consider Requesting a Session with me.

Sometimes doing all you can is to know that now is the time to step out of the old bubble and into what glorious uncertainty, by being decisive about your “change”. Because at the end of the night, when morning shows it’s lovely head, ain’t it peculiar that our greatest treasures exist at the end of our adventures – because we were the one’s caring it with us the whole damn time?

All adventures start with uncertainty.
The uncertainty of unleashing our treasures to the world.
I believe, know, and can help.
Hope to hear from ya.

Namaste / Good Tidings
